CCMA Week
This was truly an enlightening experience!! It was an honour to meet and speak with so many wonderful and talented people in the music industry. The highlights of the entire week. for me, were the songwriter workshops (go figure) and hanging out with some pretty special people (you know who you are).

We Survived Stampede 2008
What a great week, and we're happy to say that each show was a great time, and we escaped the rain at all outdoor events! Thank you to all the companies that allowed us to provide their staff and clients with country music! Until next year .. rest up for another wild Stampede in 2009.
Rick Patterson joins Denni-Lee Hayes Band!
It is with great pleasure and pure excitement that I welcome Rick Patterson to my band! An incredible drummer with a steady tempo and great chops, Rick is going to ground the band and add his own touch to our sound with harmonies and lead vocals. Rick is also a songwriter and I'm looking forward to collobrating with pen and paper as well! Denni-Lee
Songwriting and recording!
Hi everybody! Thanks to everyone who weathered the storm to come and hear us play at Dicks this weekend, your support is much appreciated! You'll see I"m not performing again until June, which will give me lots of time to write and record some more original music. The time off will be good for fine tuning my writing skills and I look forward to seeing you all at the Roads, in shorts hopefully!
01.01.08 A song of encouragement!
I have written a new song, Fighting Back, which was inspired by the late Miss Elly. My dear friend, Bill Lyons (Elly's husband) has had Miss Elly's story written, a story of sorrow and strength, as she lived her life for many years of domestic abuse.
I hope that anyone who is living in a home with violence, can reach out and find the help they need to save themselves and their children. I hope that this song will perhaps give even one person the strength to move away.
I look forward to your comments. Denni-Lee
09.27.07 At last the new look!
If your reading this, it means you've seen my new logo - Yeah! I would also like to invite you to check out my publicity shots. A month back we spent the day at Princess Island Park and 300 shots later, managed to capture a few good ones! You can also get my gig poster on this page.
